Low Energy Usage in homes is usually achieved in consistent ways.  Homes and additions designed by John F. Robbins accommodate a variety of floor plans, exterior styles, construction materials, insulation types and HVAC equipment.  All have more insulation, more airtightness, better daylighting, passive solar features, more efficient HVAC and lighting.  All also include recommendations for more efficient operations and lifestyles, customized for each household.
